We participate in PRBC Credit Reporting and FICO Plus© which is a new credit scoring system. When you make your on-time lease payment to us, we report it to PRBC which then updates your FICO Plus© score. Rental payments can now be reflected in your credit score as if you were making a mortgage payment. This new score is used by our lenders and investors to evaluate your credit. Not only do we give your family a Fresh Start with a new home and furniture if chosen, but we help you build your credit.
